Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ End to end project management, to ensure smooth site delivery.
∎ Being a member of core project team, he/she should lead and support the installation and commissioning of the project within the timeline adhering with company safety guidelines.
∎ Arrange & implement all 3rd party work associated with the project.
∎ Liaison & follow up with the civil construction team in preparing the structure.
∎ Ensures a smooth and efficient project completion with the support of core team members.
∎ Ensures that in Arla Foods project work, all Global guidelines and instruction being followed and appropriate tools and systems are used throughout the project execution.
∎ Liaises with key external (suppliers and partners) and internal stakeholders (QEHS team, Engi-neering team, Supply Chain and Finance etc.) to build knowledge and deliver project goals.
∎ Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
∎ Prepare project progress report & presentation based on the site implementation status.
∎ Able to understand Electro-mechanical & plumbing design/drawing, PFD, P&ID & guide the site team on at site implementation.
∎ Able to lead the site installation team independently.
∎ Lead ETP & WTP civil & electro-mechanical installation activity.
∎ Able to understand piping isometric drawing & play a lead role during installation activity.
∎ Prepare purchase requisition, bill of quantity (BOQ) for the project mechanical & electrical work.
∎ Able to understand process automation, SCADA, BMS scheme & lead the site implementation team during installation activity.
∎ Able to prepare technical presentation for civil & electro-mechanical work activity.
∎ Develop and maintain project timeline, identify critical path and key milestones for project's success.
∎ Maintain site safety requirements along with Permit to work system
∎ Able to prepare & understand HVAC design, cooling load calculation, Electrical load chart & SLD, Cabling layout, substation design, LT panels design, lighting simulation design.
∎ Lead the site mechanical team for the installation and commissioning of plant utilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understand Food Safety & Hygiene.
∎ Understand Site health, safety and environmental principles
∎ Computer Knowledge (Specially on MS Excel) to generate reports on need basis.
∎ Able to work on Microsoft project, AutoCAD, Revit or similar 3D modeling software.
∎ Experience on erection and commissioning of any processing plant.
∎ Good Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills are required.
