Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized university /reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Construction Project.
∎ Physical supervision of construction work.
∎ Responsible for execution all kinds of civil construction work in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout.
∎ Ensure wastage control during work and stocked materials at site.
∎ Ensuring work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works.
∎ Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ensure safety and security at site. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience at least 5-7 year(s) in Real Estate Company.
∎ Finishing Work Experience candidate preferable.
∎ Within short time join is preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
