Job Context:

∎ Applications from Civil Engineers are invited for the post of Project Engineer having experience in Real Estate / Construction Company or similar industry.
∎ 10 - 12 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate / Construction Company only.
∎ Selected candidate will be appointed as Suvastu Engineering Ltd. employee.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
∎ Must be practical knowledge on Still Structure work.
∎ Should have practical Knowledge on basement construction, fair face concrete construction.
∎ Site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.
∎ Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.
∎ Monitoring contractors work progress in quantity and quality.
∎ Quality checking of construction materials.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
∎ Ensure safety arrangement (fire, security, man & materials) of construction site.
∎ Ensure Site Health, Safety, Environmental issues.
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 - 12 years work experience from reputed real estate / construction company only.
∎ Need sound knowledge in computer applications with ERP software system.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
