Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Building Construction, Calculation of RCC and Steel Straucture, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise, monitor and ensure overall construction works including finishing work as per specification.
∎ To prepare project and material planning.
∎ To monitor material requisition period and delivery timelines to ensure project work.
∎ To follow-up project activities & should have a strong command of the site Engineer.
∎ To ensure quality construction works.
∎ To control costs and wastage, track usage against estimates, and maintain inventory & stocks.
∎ To ensure smooth operation of project activities.
∎ To identify errors, gaps and escalate as required, and maintain site safety.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proper knowledge regarding the construction of R.C.C. and steel buildings.
∎ Should have the ability to handle large projects individually.
∎ Should have the ability to manage and work under stressful conditions.
∎ Must have strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Should be energetic, confident, proactive and assertive.
∎ Should have good problem-solving ability.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
