∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bsc or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should have overall experience in building construction, of which, minimum 2-5 years in the supervision of high rise buildings with three basements.
∎ He would be solely responsible for successful implementation of the project.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Should understand clearly all kinds of Architectural, Structural, Electromechanical, Firefighting, Sanitary and other sort of designs and drawing related to the project.
∎ Should be able to communicate with the consultants and solve issues, if any, arose from the lapses in design in interdisciplinary activities.
∎ To prepare the Construction schedule & ensure timely Progress of all the activities.
∎ To ensure quality construction works.
∎ To ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct & safety measures.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Supervise supporting junior engineers, other site staff and coordinate between Management, Accounts Department and site.
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing.
∎ Handling Sub Contractor efficiently
∎ Should have good command in MS Office & Auto CAD.
