∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ 1. Quality Control:  ·       Conduct thorough inspections of completed structures, including exterior finishes, to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.  ·       Identify any defects, deficiencies, or deviations from the plans and coordinate with the construction team to address and rectify them promptly. 2. Coordination:  ·       Collaborate closely with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination and execution of finishing works.  ·       Communicate effectively with Project Manager to resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the finishing stage. 3. Materials and Equipment Management:  ·       Oversee the procurement and installation of finishing materials, such as flooring, roof celling, wall finishes, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.  ·       Monitor the inventory of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery and availability for finishing works. 4. Safety Compliance:  ·       Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations during the finishing stage, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any safety concerns immediately.  ·       Ensure that all finishing works are carried out in accordance with relevant building codes, permits, and regulations.  5. Progress Tracking and Reporting:  ·       Maintain detailed records of progress, including work schedules, material quantities, and manpower allocation, and provide regular updates to project Manager.  ·       Prepare comprehensive reports documenting the status of finishing works, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.  ·       Act as a point of contact for clients during the finishing stage, addressing any inquiries, requests, or feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Having experience in Civil Works Projects. (Roads, RCC)
∎ Follow company administrative rules and regulation very strictly.
∎ Ensure the work as per approved drawing and quality of work as per Standard.
∎ Ensure work progress as per master program/time schedule as per standard.
∎ Must ensure safety of all workers and maintain safe working procedure as per standard.
∎ Planning and preparing of daily work program.
∎ Keep co-ordination with Head Office for smooth material supply.
∎ Keep necessary correspondences with your department and giving weekly, monthly work program and necessary letters regarding the project's development.
∎ Keep the record of inspection, variations, testing and points of connection at construction site.
∎ Make bill as per actual works on the basis of drawing.
∎ Estimate of materials, equipment, accessories required for site and informing the respective person.
∎ Prepare bill on the basis of running & final measurement.
∎ Any other job as per the management requirement.
∎ As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the final phase of construction projects, ensuring that all finishing touches are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
