Job Context:
∎ The company is engaged for design, engineering, fabrication, assembly, project management of Architectural façade system and providing complete design building services of the construction.
∎ We are the first class licensed contractor of Government; Semi-Government and Defense (MES) as well as private leading Real Estate Companies.
∎ We are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer - Civil & Structural with extensive experience in the construction industry, who is fully capable to lead the organization independently and have IEB membership.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to Managing Director (Report to Lead Engineer of Civil & Structural discipline in Project execution as appropriate).
∎ Attend different meetings with stakeholder for various technical related issues and establish Dtech concept/idea.
∎ Lead teams of Civil Engineers & designers for execution of project works
∎ Provide Technical support to Civil & Structural discipline on proposals, training, development & continuous improvement activities
∎ Carry out Civil & Structural engineering of assigned project at different areas of Bangladesh.
∎ Ensure all deliverables are comply with quality as per Dtech / Client specifications & standards
∎ Review of vendor drawings / other discipline drawings for adequacy of Civil design input requirements
∎ Coordinates with other disciplines as and when required
∎ Coordinate with other with respect to work share
∎ Participates on Model reviews as and when required
∎ Knowledge in modern building glass curtain wall system
∎ Retired Government organization engineer may apply
∎ Must have work experience in Project Management, ETABS, Staadpro , Auto Cad or any other software in Design of construction etc.
∎ Should have good knowledge in construction related design concepts
∎ Should have Knowledge in checking of Isometrics
∎ Should have good knowledge in preparation of Standard drawing and project specification
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in construction Civil design
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work in a team based environment.
∎ Must be highly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
∎ Strong dedication to safety.
