Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction works, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Site Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Project Proposal or Tender Documents
∎ BOQ preparation and budgeting
∎ Coordination of all segments (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural) of Project Implementation
∎ Construction Site Supervision and Monitoring the progress in line with the planning & budget
∎ Supply Chain Management and Materials Quality Assurance
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation
∎ Liaison with customer, materials testing authorty (i.e BUET)
∎ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation & reports
∎ Any other task from time to time assigned by the management.

∎ Age 23 to 30 years
