∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling independently civil construction work at different locations inside and outside Dhaka city
∎ Providing technical advice regarding design, construction modifications and structural repairs at industrial sites
∎ To prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering drawing; conducting environmental impact studies
∎ Resolving design and development problems
∎ Estimating cost of materials, equipment and labor to determine project feasibility
∎ Making sure the project complies with legal requirements
∎ Making BOQ for construction of projects
∎ Guiding construction people like interior technician, sanitary technician, plumber, mason etc.
∎ Understanding structural design and drawings
∎ Having experience and good Knowledge about ACCORD/Alliance and BV (brick veneer) will be given preferable.
∎ Good Knowledge about BNBC
∎ Must have computer skills on AutoCAD, MS Office etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ 4 to 5 year(s) experience in real estate sector.
∎ Must be presentable and hardworking.
∎ Smart, Well-groomed and well mannered.
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities
∎ Good communication skills
