∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing detailed drawing & designs.
∎ Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
∎ Preparing and implementing project plans.
∎ Candidates should have knowledge RSC, ELEVATE, Primark and others related structural compliance.
∎ Should have knowledge Auto CAD, ETABS, staadPRO, MS project etc.
∎ Researching and providing estimates for projects.
∎ Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
∎ Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
∎ Prepare BOQ, BOM, Rate analysis of various projects.
∎ Project management duties (e.g., managing budgets, resources, and deadlines;
∎ acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).
∎ Responsible for manager all kind of loads as per BNBC, ACI & AISC.
∎ Responsible for regular maintenance of all Buildings.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Candidates should have experience in construction & maintenance of Garments industry.
∎ Should be honest, hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Only experienced and expert candidates are requested to apply.
