Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
∎ Should have practical experience of coordination with design Consultants. (Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing) for effective implementation of projects.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project BOQ.
∎ Complete awareness of construction law and procedure of all safety requirements of the project.
∎ Check contractor work progress, quality with performance.
∎ Quality control of construction materials.
∎ Coordination with supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Smooth coordination with corporate office management team.
∎ Budgeting and Estimating for proper application to projects and control at site.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by the Company.
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP).
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product & Authentication/Certification of bills.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Prepare all the given forms, arrange necessary regulatory documents and work completion certificates like ACCORD, ALLIANCE and other's national & international organization.
∎ Ensure timely submission of bill, advance & others financial related works with collaboration of Finance department.
∎ Preparation of Business Agreements like: Service Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Purchase Agreement and Contracts in line with legal perspectives as and when required.
∎ Maintain international communication with various foreign companies, consultants, discuss and negotiate potential business development opportunities and prices.
∎ Prepare all kind of comparative statements.
∎ Knowledge of FAR calculation.
∎ Knowledge of BNBC, ACCORD guidelines.
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Day to day reporting to the immediate.
∎ Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 10 years experience in the relevant field for the Diploma Engr.
