Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute sourcing duties for fabric, accessories, yarn, and garment resources in Bangladesh.
∎ Conduct implementation, execution, and supervision of sourcing activities; sourcing and selecting potential suppliers; ensure sourcing activities are fully complied by the team members to achieve the cost-saving target.
∎ Conduct support to overseas sourcing for vendor identification, qualification, negotiation, and selections.
∎ Monitor Bangladesh market trend on raw material, labor costing and supplier chain changes; give proposals to overseas sourcing team to adjust sourcing strategy.
∎ Communication and coordination with the buyer in needs.
∎ Maintain detailed product cost sheets that will support activity-based costing
∎ Identify suppliers capabilities to support and react to quick response programs to that supports ongoing market needs
∎ Work with suppliers and Merchandising to maintain adherence to orders while remaining flexible to changing business needs.
∎ Checking/Preparation of cost sheet, product pricing (product wise)
∎ Understanding of production process (production progress status).
∎ Good knowledge of fabric & accessories.
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Capable of sourcing new buyers every time.
∎ Communication skill both in written spoken in English.
∎ Candidate having experience in Fashion retail will get preference.
