Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD 2D 3D, Building Construction, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, ETABS, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out visits to the construction sites of the company and submit report to Project Manager on current status.
∎ Coordinate action plan with concerned departments regarding project completion.
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
∎ Overseeing constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
∎ Ensuring proper building construction according to the approved architectural design
∎ Prepare detailed project planning and construction work schedule.
∎ Prepare BOQ and construction budget for project.
∎ Ensure cost analysis and fixing rates of building construction items.
∎ Monitoring construction work progress.
∎ Coordinate with in-house and external design team and external consultants.
∎ Prepare monthly progress report.
∎ High Rise Building Construction finishing work expertise person will be Prioritizing
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing drawing with respective departments
∎ Scrutinize the bills received from vendors and prepare the working bill
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with the project budget (As per the Agreements)
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction works as per schedule
∎ Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings with specifications, solving problems and structural repairs for the project.
∎ Project handover within the schedule and budget
∎ Coordinate with the clients as well as the Landowners
