Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Construction
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing part work plan from monthly work program and allocating those to project stuffs.
∎ Preparing quantity estimates of materials required for the works of each week.
∎ Preparing bills of the contractors.
∎ Arranging submission of requisition for the material required to be procured thought project accountant.
∎ Getting samples prepared though contractors for new works and writing down method statements for each sample.
∎ Allocating daily works to site assistants.
∎ Allocating daily works to foremen of the contractors.
∎ Providing daily work supervision.
∎ Ensuring quality of works.
∎ Ensuring quality of materials being used.
∎ Ensuring safety of the workers.
∎ Identifying faulty workmanship and works and getting those corrected.
∎ Taking measurements of the finished works and recording those in MBs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
