Educational Requirements:
∎ B.SC in Civil Engineering from reputed public/private universities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects.
∎ Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans) and report regularly on project status.
∎ Plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.
∎ Monitor all site safety and legal requirements.
∎ Review project proposals and plans to develop project objectives.
∎ Identify project phases and elements.
∎ Establish specifications for projects based on a thorough review of performance standards, client requirements, and project design.
∎ Schedule and monitor engineering tasks.
∎ Establish or design testing methods to monitor the overall quality of the project.
∎ Collect and analyze project information to create status reports and recommend future actions.
∎ Create drawings used in design and construction.
∎ Regulate policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment for the project team.
∎ Manage the team of engineers/supervisors working on the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 9 to 10 years' experience as a project engineer (construction) for any real estate development company.
∎ The candidate must have experience with at least 4/5 building of 9/10 floors, from inception, construction supervision, and to the hand over process.
∎ Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
∎ The applicants should have experience in real estate.
∎ Must be smart with pleasant personality.
∎ Ability to make work schedule & maintain the schedule.
∎ Knowledgeable in computer literacy (AutoCAD, MS office, Excel, Power point, Internet).
∎ Strong writing skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent communication and reporting skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.
