Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Civil Engineering from reputed Public or Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing duty as Project In-Charge who will be responsible for overall site management of our Chittagong & Khulna Project.
∎ Supervising construction work to ensure quality of work by maintaining accuracy in respect to drawing-design.
∎ Controlling the total administration of the project
∎ Making weekly work program and achieve target with respect to Master program.
∎ Ensuring that quality control points are followed/ complied with.
∎ Controlling utility consumption.
∎ Maintaining checklist and formats of all work properly.
∎ To be present during civil and electromechanical works
∎ Checking the level and alignment of all works such as plaster, shutter, reinforcement, plumbing, electrical etc.
∎ Ensuring and conducting all kinds of finishing works
∎ Monitoring the record of WASA & DESA or DESCO meter reading each day in register
∎ Preparing & Checking all types estimate of the project before sending to head office as per supplied form
∎ Liaising with Architects, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, etc. and also to provide necessary data, information and decision to respective project.
∎ Checking contractor’s bill before forwarding to head office timely.
∎ Preparing all types of report and send to head office timely.
∎ Checking petty cash and other documents before delivering to head office.
∎ Confirming effective use of material within the budget.
∎ Liaising with Line Manager to provide necessary data, Information and decision to respective project.
∎ 19. Assisting Management to finalize project planning and for smooth execution of construction works.
∎ Appraising performance of project personnel and contractors and provide feedback to develop their performance.
∎ Selecting finishing materials like tiles, bath and electrical fixtures etc. in consultation with management.
∎ Observing and ensuring that project personnel and contractor check wastage and avoid misuse / improper use of materials.
∎ Ensuring proper safety and security measures and keeping the project neat and clean.
∎ Allocation of duty to staff and ensure that individual job is achieved in day to day manner.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The position will require frequent mobility and travel between Chittagong & Khulna Project
∎ Good command of written and spoken English
∎ Basic skill at MS Word & MS Excel
∎ Knowledge on AutoCAD
∎ Strong Managerial & Leadership Quality
∎ Can comply with work deadline.
