Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate with site engineers and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Monitor and inspect the installation of steel shutter and other structural components to meet industry best practices.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
∎ Track project progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on key milestones and potential risks.
∎ Maintain detailed project documentation, including site reports, budgets, material logs, and any modifications to the original plan.
∎ Work closely with the design and planning teams to resolve technical issues and propose cost-effective solutions.
∎ We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate development, duplex construction and a strong background in construction site operations.
