Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Engineering in the field of Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have project management knowledge for any industry with the Electro-mechanical responsibilities.
∎ Candidates must have sufficient knowledge of preventive operational and corrective maintenance work of different electrical & mechanical equipment and machineries.
∎ Experience in installation and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS) for any industry, high rise or commercial buildings.
∎ Troubleshooting BMS system and faults handling will be added qualification.
∎ Experience of regular inspections of project work to identify work place safety, hazards, defects, and advise corrective solutions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Expert in AutoCAD
∎ Requires ability to analyze the operation of various infrastructure systems, determine the cause of problems/malfunctions, and take corrective actions as required
∎ Trained and experienced in BMS or related electro-mechanical systems
∎ Good communication skills and ability to follow spoken and written instruction in English
∎ At least 2 to 3 year(s) in the areas stated above.

Salary: Negotiable
