Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Façade Costing
∎ Preparing Façade Offer
∎ Preparing Shop Drawing
∎ Making BOQ & MTO
∎ Create detail schedule and resources plan to meet client's project objective,
∎ Meet the challenge of any kind of complex Façade Concept Design,
∎ Ensure work quality with full satisfaction of Client & Architect,
∎ Track project progress and fine-tune deviations
∎ Supervision closely on quality of work
∎ Complete the project on time
∎ On time site handover
