Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering / Architecture from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of the Project Time Schedule of the awarded project in the presence of Business Team, Factory and PMC team to finalize the project completion requirement time to time.
∎ Shop Drawing Design preparation of work.
∎ New project pursue and close communication with client.
∎ Monitor & maintain the quality of work as per design specification.
∎ Estimating of work.
∎ Estimation of materials.
∎ Materials quality and quantity checking.
∎ Prepare project budget.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Price offer.
∎ Technician and worker supervision.
∎ Preparing the duty schedule of workers.
∎ Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
∎ Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
∎ Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
∎ Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
∎ Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
∎ Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
∎ Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Aluminium Glazing Façade, Spider Glazing, ACP, Louver, Glass, Civil Construction, Planning and monitoring, Project Management, Steel Structure.
∎ AutoCAD
∎ The candidate must have a clear concept regarding understanding the civil design, steel detailing & requirements represented in drawings.
∎ Ability to formulate Strategy, Policy & Plan.
∎ Proficiency in MS Project is a must, P6 will be advantageous.
∎ The candidate must have previous experience with project planning, work schedule, manpower management, equipment requirements, etc. for large scale projects.
∎ Should have excellent skills with quick estimation, AutoCAD (Civil), SketchUp, MS package (Excel, Word & Power Point, Project), etc.
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
∎ Experience with working across a complex project delivery cycle
