Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of HVAC & Clean Room Installation Work.
∎ Supervision of Electrical & Mechanical Construction team to execute the job according to approved drawings.
∎ Preparation of shop drawings/construction drawings.
∎ Preparation of BOQ, Tender Document & Offer / Quotation, Estimation for the Projects.
∎ Document Preparation and Execution of Validation Activities of HVAC, Clean Room, Pharmaceuticals Water system and Black Utilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Designing, Project Management, Construction Management.
∎ The Applicants should have skill on Microsoft Office application (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Projects), AutoCAD-2012.
∎ The applicants having experience with Pharmaceuticals Industries will be given preference.
∎ Coordination with clients.
∎ Coordination with Sub-contractor/ Suppliers.
∎ Fluency in English in both speaking and writing is a must.
∎ Assist Design Department for Design Projects.
∎ Willing to travel frequently all over the Country.
Salary: Negotiable
