Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, DUET or any other Reputed Public/Private Universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare effective work plan, executing & close monitoring of project activities.
∎ Preparation of materials requirement and monitoring delivery, stock and consumption status.
∎ Train up the project team on quality control, cost control, progress monitoring & practicing well management to create satisfactory job environment.
∎ To ensure that project is running as per work plan.
∎ To arrange & attend meeting with stakeholders, sub-contractors & site personnel to identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.
∎ Endorsing project related all running and final bills of sub-contractors.
∎ Evaluating project staffs and contractors from time to time and awaring top management about their performance.
∎ Preparing and maintaining project documentation & file management.
∎ Perform additional tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have vast experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate / Building Construction/Double Basement work experience will be preferred.
∎ Be fluent in operating MS Office along with AUTO CAD Software.
∎ Should be able to manage high quality residential and commercial building construction works.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
