∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Architecture from BUET / DUET / KUET / RUET

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To built largest open end commercial office building & shopping complex in Bangladesh
∎ Candidate must have excellent communication Skills to Communicate with USA Located Architectural Farm.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates will responsible for site supervision, planning, managing & coordinating for completing the Project Works timely.
∎ Overseeing all the Details of the Project f
∎ Reporting about the progress of the project to the project coordinator
∎ Taking responsibilities of all the problems that arises in the project and solving them timely manner after consulting with coordinator
∎ Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
∎ Schedule the project in logical steps and budget, time required to meet deadlines.
∎ Need to ensure all the works related with the project as per design and quality.
∎ Man power setting and control at site.
∎ Experience to handle Multistoried Pre Fabricated steel Conation Building/ Multistoried High Rice Building Connection Project at a time in a largest group of company
∎ kind of Architectural projects in terms of Auto Cad drafting
∎ Must know FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules.
∎ Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D & 3D.
∎ Experience of Revit, 3D Studio Max, and Photoshop should be an added advantage.
∎ Must be creative and sound knowledge in drafting, working drawing, detail drawings etc.
∎ Any other responsibility and maintenance of register as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be energetic
∎ Must have Skills in MS Office
∎ Having sound knowledge on finishing and interior work.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication
∎
