Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering from any of the following University (BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, AUST, DUET, MIST)
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ To understand construction design of projects by studying project concept, architectural structural drawings, etc.
∎ Administer site activities, Supervision &monitoring of civil & steel works.
∎ Progress and guide staffs & workers on day-to-day basis.
∎ Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
∎ Checking the accuracy of erection & installation as per drawings.
∎ Preparing total work bill.
∎ Find out any non-schedule item.
∎ Preparation of progress report and Documentary works for total project work..
∎ Daily Meeting with contractor and other site staff for the work schedule of next day.
∎ Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Software (AutoCAD, ETABS, and Stead Pro etc.) proficiency will get preference.
∎ Professional & dynamic attitude, honesty & Integrity is highly expected.
∎ English proficiency
∎ Having experience in construction of green building.
