Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to the project(s)
∎ Provide the strategic vision and overall leadership for the successful implementation of the project(s)
∎ Provide overall project management and technical operations to ensure that the project tasks are completed, and the objectives of the project are successfully met.
∎ Supervise PM/HOD/Managers for best outcomes in respect of project execution
∎ Lead the entire project team for planning, execution and continued monitoring of over all project activities.
∎ Monitor and maintain the project’s construction schedule on a weekly basis.
∎ Control and monitor labour, materials and equipment expenses
∎ Prepared monthly cost forecasting summaries
∎ Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists
∎ Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress
∎ Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
∎ Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams
∎ Provide project progress status, delays and issues to authority in timely manner
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to project team as and when needed
∎ Develop internal systems, procedures and practices
∎ Develop business relationships with strategic partners
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be dedicated and well organized
∎ Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
∎ Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
∎ Able to travel [local & abroad] and work extended hours on occasions when required
∎ Experienced in Budgeting, Construction, Estimating, Finishing, Project Management, Quality Control Assurance, Supervision.
∎ Strong analytical, facilitation, and team-building skills
∎ Fluent in Bengali and English
∎ Leadership and business Management skills
