Job Responsibilities:
∎ POSITION SUMMARY
∎ The Project Director or chief Engineer position is key technical person for planning and construction operation of the company, he is responsible for the overall execution of construction works and standard operating process development (developing specific objectives and year specific goal) based on organization's mission, vision. Chief Engineering position have to work under direct supervision of Managing Director, Directors of Vivek Group. He or she has to play the key role to operate and developed the engineering departmental issues with all necessary attachment towards to the business.
∎ JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITY
∎ Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to:
∎ Supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.
∎ Responsible for total projects planning and initiate the projects to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of projects.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Responsible for construction of high-rise commercial and residential Building , Preparation of BOQ, Rate analysis and Project Co- ordination, Preparation of Estimate and requisition for procurement purposes, Co-ordination with Consultant.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.
∎ Any other engineering task assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have 12-14 years' experience in reputed Real Estate Company or Construction companies.
∎ Minimum 10 years of directly related project management experience and associated with the construction of at least 5 high-rise commercial buildings with multiple basement floors as Project Manager/ In-Charge.
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory.
∎ Hard worker, willing to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate should have experience in project management.
∎ Should be able to ensure proper implementation of works from pilling to finishing of a multi storied residential/commercial building as well as heavy industrial project building.
∎ Ensure quality construction, prepare work plan/schedule and estimate/BOQ.

Salary:
∎ Salary will be determined based upon the expertise & expriences of the candidate with atractive benefites packege will be provided as per company rules.
