Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish specifications, standards and procedures for executing the desired project particularly with respect to planning, scheduling and cost controlling.
∎ Continuously review the scope for improvement in project management processes and project performance, based on lessons learned and recommending changes where necessary.
∎ Update tracking of project budgets, review and approve cash flow of construction works and monitor financial performance of projects to ensure best quality of work within cost constraints.
∎ Maintain a cost control system throughout the project, providing regular financial updates to the development team and Project leader. Ensure sound financial project management including accurate budget forecasts to completion, cash flows and financial tracking of key accounts.
∎ Identify & manage key construction risks and oversee the resolution of disputes with contractors.
∎ Coordinate and liaise with contractors and project Consultants through project meetings for execution of projects in order to agree specifications, standards, equipment selection, installation, testing, commissioning and acceptance of completed works.
∎ Perform site inspections on regular basis to follow-up on work progress ensuring that work progress is being carried out as per approved work schedule, while guaranteeing that the timeliness of the project meet the target dates (attend progress meetings) and that appropriate resources are allocated as per the contractual agreement.
∎ Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed during the project implementation.
∎ Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to higher authority.
∎ Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
∎ Present reports defining project progress, risks and issues with a well-defined mitigation plans.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Should have practical work experience as a leader of construction project management.
∎ Able to look after the entire project & its operation within commercial real estate environment.
∎ Devise key strategy for success of organization’s endeavors.
∎ Motivate the organizations various departments for smooth coordination and success.
