∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University/college.
∎ Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage

Job Context:
∎ Work Location: IRC-Bangladesh, Ukhiya Office
∎ Reporting to: Sr. Program Coordinator- Cox`s bazar Program Operations
∎ Department: Programs
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: 2 Years (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding of humanitarian/ emergency response/development and minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience, including experience in Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health, GBV, Women's Empowerment, Child protection or protection programming and partnership management
∎ Expertise and experience in delivering and managing complex projects
∎ Strong organizational skills, including the need to be agile by responding to requests at short notice, work on multiple projects with competing priorities at the same time with the ability to meet deadlines
∎ Demonstrable people and budget management skills
∎ Ability to work cooperatively in a cross-cultural setting
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a demanding and fast-moving environment
∎ Initiative and motivation to work independently and develop solutions to problems.
∎ Project Cycle Management (PCM)
∎ High-level sensitivity to protection issues and application of the principle of confidentiality
∎ Strong communication skills, with a good understanding of relevant cross-cultural and sensitive issues.
∎ Excellent qualitative and quantitative reporting skills
∎ Ability to maintain strong integrity on behalf of the organization
∎ Budget Management
∎ Team/People Management
∎ High level of Competency in MS Office Package and web-based tools for project management
∎ Proficiently in reading, writing and speaking in English and Bengali
