Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering/ Diploma in civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise & execute construction of building projects including shore pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per approved drawing
∎ Must have requisite experience in project supervision with quality control for minimum 10 projects Simantously.
∎ Efficiency in completing the projects with in the given time frame.
∎ Overseeing all the details of the Project from beginning to end till its handover.
∎ Responsible for total project planning projects implementation reducing the cost & wastages.
∎ Responsible for project control budgeting, manpower and resource utilization and materials allocation for different projects.
∎ Ensure timely completion of the construction work of the project for timely handover.
∎ Capable to do any work related to site management as assigned by the company.
∎ Must have experience in structural, architectural and interior drawing and specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc (civil) at least 5 year(s) in a reputed real estate company.
∎ Diploma in civil Engineering- Minimum 10 years experience in reputed real estate company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate/ Construction & Engineering company
∎ Proactive, self driven and motivated;
∎ Analytical skills, Hard working .
∎ Speaking and writing skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Responsible to carry out the site supervision and act as a technical adviser during all stages of work.
∎ Willing and able to bear high levels of responsibility by making timely decisions and accountable to management.
∎ Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
∎ Proficiency in Auto Cad (2D & 3D) is a must.
