Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Civil Construction, Monitoring and Supervision, Planning and budget, Structural Design Drawing

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an expert civil engineer who has experienced on steel structure construction, site supervision, vendor and worker management for successful implementation of construction work.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning and execute all construction management activities of assigned project.
∎ Prepare comprehensive project plan encompassing work schedule, manpower allocation, equipment, and materials requirements prior to commencing the project works.
∎ Supervising & executing construction as per architectural and structural design.
∎ Conduct meticulous supervision of construction, as well as comprehensive quality control assessments encompassing concrete strength, cement, re-bars.
∎ Supervise construction works at regular intervals to ensure timely completion with proper quality, standard, and consistent working drawings maintaining safety of all workers
∎ Plan and monitor the proper progress of the projects and take action plans as requirements.
∎ Coordinate with team members (Architect, Structural Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, etc.) and provide necessary guidance on the project issues.
∎ Prepare/Review Structural Design and provide feedback to consultants.
∎ Establish and maintain strong coordination with all project stakeholders, including SCM, P&C, Logistics, CS, and others to promote the smooth progress of construction projects.
∎ Preparation of monthly progress report, BOQ/Budget Preparation
∎ Prepare/Review Bill of Quantity (Structural/Finishing etc.) and obtain appropriate approval.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, energetic & capable of working under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have a good knowledge of STAADPro, ETABS, TEKLA & Auto CAD etc.
∎ Have expertise in estimation preparation.
∎ Knowledge on civil design and Bangladesh National Building Code.
∎ Experience in Building Construction, Civil Construction, Project Management
