Job Context:
∎ Job Type: Contractual
∎ Contract Type and duration: Fixed Term; duration will be 2 Years with a possibility of extension subject to availability of funds and performance.
∎ Job Location: Rahima Baniz Healthcare Centre (RBHC) ; Dhaka-Naogaon Bypass Road (near Tulsiganga bridge, near Ikarkuri High School), Ikarkuri, Boalia, Naogaon Sadar, Naogaon.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Alo Bhubon Trust.
∎ Develop measurements to support the hospital's (RBHC) strategic direction and drive progress.
∎ Formulate and manage long-term goals for hospital patient growth
∎ Supervising all the work of the hospital and sending regular reports to the head office
∎ To participate in UNO, DC, organizations, and Ngo's regular monthly meetings and maintain good relations with VAT/TAX, UNO/DC offices, and other NGOs in the respective area.
∎ Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
∎ To plan and design the improvement of the hospital and actively monitor its progress, resolve problems and initiate appropriate corrective action.
∎ Writing and supervising all hospital notes and letters
∎ Ensuring effective quality assurance of the hospital and its overall integrity
∎ Organizing and conducting various camping and awareness programs for the hospital
∎ Appointment of necessary persons in the hospital.
∎ Maintain and properly store all hospital documents and account papers
∎ Reporting the progress of the program to the hospital director at regular intervals.
∎ Communication with dignitary persons Governmental and non-governmental and make a meeting with Alo Bhubon authority
∎ To search local fund to sustainable the RBHC
∎ To contact the doctors, physiotherapists of Naogaon and surrounding areas for knowing them about RBHC
∎ To search doctors, physiotherapists for the hospital if needed
∎ Maintain activities with cooperation with other NGOs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capability to work with a team.
∎ Well mannered.
∎ Good at MS Office programs
∎ Good English conversation skills

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
