Job Context:
∎ Job Type: Contractual (first 6-month probationary period)
∎ Contract Type and duration: Fixed Term; duration will be 1 Year with a possibility of extension subject to performance.
∎ Job Location: Rahima Baniz Healthcare Centre (RBHC) ; Dhaka-Naogaon Bypass Road (near Tulsiganga bridge, near Ikarkuri High School), Ikarkuri, Boalia, Naogaon Sadar, Naogaon.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to operate Hematology, Biochemistry, and Immunoassay analyzers, etc.
∎ Routine inspection of equipment in accordance with pathological quality control standards
∎ Receive, label, and analyze samples [Blood, Urine, Toxic, Tissue, other body fluid etc.
∎ Prepare tissue section for microscopic examination.
∎ Conduct blood group, type, and compatibility tests for transfusion purposes.
∎ Design and execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures, make observations, and interpret findings.
∎ Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
∎ Organize and store all chemical substances, fluid, and compressed gases according to safety instructions.
∎ Record all data and results in specified forms [paper and electronic] with accuracy and responsibility.
∎ Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.
∎ Perform any other laboratory work when necessary.
∎ Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
∎ Must have a sense of responsibility, be honest & sincere
∎ All rules of the organization must be followed
∎ Must be willing to work in any emergency situation
∎ Detailed job responsibilities will be given at the time of joining

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Capability to work with a team.
∎ Well mannered.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
