• Prepare production samples according to approved buyer requirements, specifications, patterns, and sample instructions.

• Study the sample specification, measurement chart, construction details, and technical requirements before making samples.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Pattern, Cutting, Sewing, and Quality departments regarding sample requirements.

• Prepare samples within the specified timeline and ensure accuracy in construction and measurements.

• Select appropriate fabric, trims, accessories, and sewing techniques according to the approved sample.

• Operate sewing machines and other relevant equipment safely and effectively.

• Follow approved patterns, technical specifications, and construction methods.

• Identify and rectify construction, measurement, and workmanship issues during sample development.

• Make sample modifications based on comments from Merchandising, Buyer, or Quality departments.

• Maintain sample records, sample status, and relevant documents.

• Ensure samples meet required quality, workmanship, measurement, and appearance standards.

• Support the production team by providing technical guidance on approved sample construction.
