∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Sound knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
∎ Effective communication and team management skills.

∎ Oversee the implementation of advanced manufacturing techniques and technologies to enhance production quality.
∎ Develop and enforce quality control procedures to meet company and industry standards.
∎ Train and guide production staff to ensure adherence to safety, operational guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
∎ Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
∎ Conduct regular audits of production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on production performance and present recommendations for process improvement.
