Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in all operations of the section by following Procedures and Instructions.
∎ To monitor and implement daily production program as per monthly Production Plan.
∎ To execute Dispensing, Manufacturing and packaging Operations as per procedure and instructions.
∎ To implement pertinent procedures and Instructions of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance to Quality policy of the Organization.
∎ Ensure changeover & proper housekeeping. Do receipt, return and reconciliation of materials properly.
∎ Utilize efficiently workforce, machinery and materials to improve productivity.
∎ To prepare daily production report and product wise yield % report.
∎ Liaise with Engineering, QC and warehouse Department for efficient operation.
