Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To execute monthly production as per production plan.
∎ To maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in all operations of the section by following procedures and Instructions.
∎ Continuous improvement & cost control of the plant by utilizing manpower & machinery efficiently, increase productivity & quality by motivating the people.
∎ To prepare the required documents and review timely.
∎ Liaise with relevant departments for smooth production operations.
∎ Motivate workforce through on-the-job training to improve their knowledge, skills and efficiency.
