Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set targets and analyze operational performance data on product performance.
∎ Plan effective utilization of resources e.g.: Manpower, Materials, Machineries and methods.
∎ Organize and coordinate production to meet target/volume. deadline, cost and product standard conformity.
∎ Identify and initiate corrective actions required on basis of process flow measurement and coordination for implementation.
∎ Plan for efficient utilization, operation and maintenance activities along with machineries to meet annual business plan.
∎ Prepare SOPs and protocols as required.
∎ Possess a strong focus on quality. safety and efficiency by constantly evaluating work practices in the spirit of improvement.
∎ Investigate the problem and cause of manufacturing related difficulties to smooth the production.
∎ Interfere and support cross functional department needs to smooth the manufacturing process.
∎ Perform production related other duties assigned by Director.
∎ Ability to seek out and implement production process improvements to maintain quality, cost reduction and safety.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues within the department.
∎ Monitors manufacturing personnel performance to meet output desired by the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good analytical skills.
∎ Self-management including: Ability to prioritize own work load, able to work independently, committed to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality in all areas of work.
∎ Having 2-3 years experience in the similar positions in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
∎ Good knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Good analytical skills.
∎ Self-management including: Ability to prioritize own work load, able to work independently, committed to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality in all areas of work.
Salary: Negotiable
