∎ Excellent knowledge on Block manufacturing industries.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have technical knowledge and experience in Block Manufacturing technique, System, process and procedure.
∎ Responsible to prepare daily Monthly and yearly production plan effectively according to market demand.
∎ Responsible for daily production and achievement of daily production target with quality standards
∎ Ensure production as per planning.
∎ Ensure that Optimum utilization of man, machine & material.
∎ Maintain production and QC productivity at optimum level.
∎ Always have to communicate with the Management, Sales and planning team and solve every production issue related to Market demand and planning
∎ Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management and with production operators, technicians, and engineers.
∎ Ensure standards for the disposition of finished product by devising evaluation tests, methods, and procedures.
∎ Formulate work schedules for the production team and communicate expected deliverables to achieve the production targets and objectives.
∎ Coordinate with production, Quality assurance, Engineering and Technical departments for smooth execution of order.
∎ Keep close monitoring on production materials stock condition for assigned business units and take necessary initiative to avoid any production and technical disruption.
∎ Monitor the planning for product delivery & receive and execute so that the process completed timely.
∎ Confirm schedule of delivery with marketing department to ensure on time delivery and promote store efficiency.
∎ Production planning / Machine layout / Target setting.
∎ Must be target oriented.
