∎ B.Sc in Electrical/ EEE from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, organize and control of the total productions.
∎ Manage worker for ensuring smooth productivity.
∎ To keep records of all parameter in production process.
∎ Productivity, quality & waste control
∎ Maintain product flow & required to place purchase requisition when needed.
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized production floor.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of practical experience in same industry (Lighting Factory) or FMCG producing Factory
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required
∎ Good command on MS-Office, MS Excel applications & other relevant QA analysis software
∎ Able to report on own team performance
Salary:
