∎ Worked in technical related skill with computer knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Strong physical and mental ability to do hard work and handle daily target pressure.
∎ Knowledge on Lean management and Quality assurance.
∎ English language proficiency & Good presentation skill.
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Daily production target with zero delay.
∎ Confirm 100% standard quality for each product.
∎ Plan, distribution and control manpower.
∎ Meet daily productivity target.
∎ Achieve plan wise machine operation ratio and OEE.
∎ Analyze machine breakdown and improve machine condition.
∎ Reduce processing cost.
∎ Confirm 5S, safety and compliance in work place.
∎ Willing to do OT & Shifting duty.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.
