∎ Thorough knowledge about TPM Pillars activities, OEE, Loss Analysis, Risk Assessment, M/C programming, PLC, Excel, Auto CAD.
∎ Well communication skills (English Fluency) & presentation skills.
∎ Mail communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Update & maintain factory layout and m/c layout, area calculation.
∎ Planning & organizing of factory area to maximize space.
∎ KPI data update for all the sections, follow up actions of non-achievement.
∎ Monitor & control manpower section wise, plan for new recruitment and transfer etc discussing with section.
∎ Reject data analysis & conciliation with internal failure cost,custom data etc.
∎ Organize training manuals and keep central training plan & database for all the sections also followup section wise hard copy of training documents.
∎ Support factory management, department heads in different Project based activities if required.
∎ Support in automation projects and reduce working hour.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.
