Job Context:
∎ Bohu Bangladesh Limited is looking for a hardworking and dedicated engineer to join their production team to manage product quality and maintain timely and cost effective production according to product specifications.
∎ Job Location: Shatarkul, Badda, Dhaka (Factory)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Production according to the Production Schedule.
∎ Creating and meeting production targets while upholding high standards of quality and safety.
∎ Ensure the production process runs smoothly, safely, cleanly and meets production budget and goals.
∎ Plan production scheduling to meet company goals.
∎ Set tool and equipment maintenance schedule to ensure production can continue with minimal interruption.
∎ Communicate with purchasing staff to ensure all material needed for production is available ahead of production.
∎ Have to work very closely with the whole production team to meet the production target within the lead time.
∎ Review furniture designs to offer suggestions for improvements on the production process
∎ To motivate production team and utilize labor to achieve production target
∎ Explain drawing and production process of each product to team
∎ Create BOQ and production drawings for production and maintain records.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have work experience in interior work management, site management, BOQ preparation, construction costing preparation, material sourcing, material identification.
∎ Mandatory Skill : AutoCAD (Proficiency exam will be conducted before recruitment)
∎ Strong knowledge of furniture material and accessories.
∎ Ability to read architectural and 3D drawings
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications and google drive.

Salary:
∎ Salary Range: starts from BDT. 18,000 + Benefits.
