Job Context:
∎ Responsible for implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements with project-based activities, including new product introduction and manufacturing cell design to reduce waste, improve quality and safety, and reduce operating costs. Manage KPIs and ensure preventative actions are taken to maximize success. Work on many phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results impacting on project completion. Work under general supervision, reviewed at project milestones and/or on completion by Senior Management.
∎ Department: Blending Operation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily Blending and Filling operations as per weekly B & F plan.
∎ Responsible for right products are blending as per formulation within stipulated time and filling of schedule product in right way on time
∎ Responsible for Automation process of Blending and its maintenance in association with Maintenance team and Filling machineries to conduct daily operations.
∎ Ensure that blended products are within specification from first time sample
∎ Ensure that blended products are filled on time as per weekly production plan complying company's SH&E guidelines and maintain KPIs. Ensures execution of bookings of all manufacturing transactions are done correctly and on-time.
∎ Ensure for all packaging materials are in stock prior to commencing filling. Inspects all packaging material prior to filling, including Drums, bottles, labels, caps, seals, etc.
∎ Receiving base stocks from flexi bag to Designed tanks as per schedule.
∎ Responsible for bulk delivery of any items from LOB and make sure follow the proper safety and guidelines.
∎ Keep update all production data, equipment related data and other such records which will assist in improving line efficiency.
∎ Keep update the inventory records for all raw materials as well as all records related to operation as per guideline in compliance with PIAQA & ISO 9001, 45001 & 140001.
∎ Ensures that a preventive maintenance plan for all filling and packaging machinery is in place and followed on regular basis in taking support Maintenance team.
∎ Ensure housekeeping of the working premises.
∎ Other activities as instructed by the Dept. head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years in lube oil manufacturing/FMCG Experience preferred
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
