Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist customers with cloud application services, including account setup and troubleshooting
∎ Report and track bugs in both cloud and local applications
∎ Offer product training to new customers
∎ Oversee the daily operations of the service and maintenance department.
∎ Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
∎ Lead and guide the maintenance team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
∎ Ensure safety standards and compliance during maintenance work.
∎ Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair services.
∎ Kept records of maintenance work and provided updates to management.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks
∎ Chinese language fluency is mandatory
