Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring portfolio performance in terms of Rx share, Rx snap & sales
∎ Creating innovative and challenging promotional campaigns and strategies for assigned products
∎ Designing and developing promotional tools and packaging materials for effective promotion of assigned products
∎ Finding out market niche to introduce new and innovative products
∎ Launching new products

Additional Requirements:
∎ Well conversant with MS word, MS excel, Microsoft power point applications.
∎ Good presentation skills.
∎ Good communication skill in English & Bangla.
∎ Proactive, accountable, smart, energetic & result oriented.
∎ Ability to handle pressure.
