Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm from any reputed university with excellent academic record.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop yearly promotional plan and marketing plan.
∎ Preparing annual promotional budget and demand forecast.
∎ Launch new product to exploit market needs and opportunities.
∎ Innovative marketing activities to make brands of new segment.
∎ Analyze prescription and taking initiative to strengthen brand's strength.
∎ Analyze competitive marketing environment and find out the strategy and developmental opportunities.
∎ Keep liaison with opinion leaders and influencers such as Drug administration, leading doctor's association etc.
∎ Execute promotional strategies and guidelines and ensure to implement through necessity.
∎ Arrange clinical meeting and seminars to facilitate rapport of field force with the target doctors.
∎ Provide informational and other relevant knowledge based professional support to the potential doctors.
∎ Coordinate promo materials procurement, allocation and distribution.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor the work in progress related to relevant procurement, production of commercial products and physician's samples, new product launch etc.
∎ Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly analysis of brand/portfolio performance, sales and promo expense etc. for necessary interaction.
∎ Analyze product/ Brand based monitoring and prescription summary reports.
∎ Any other task assigned by Departmental head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good pharmaceutical knowledge.
∎ Ability to work as a team member.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ May have to tour at different parts of Bangladesh.
∎ With strong communication skill both in Bengali and English with excellent presentation skill.
∎ Be Conversant with MS Office & Internet browsing.
∎ Good command over spoken and written English & Bangla.
∎ Above average level user of Microsoft Office Suite.
