∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To perform feasibility study of proposed new products in the Animal Health Division.
∎ To prepare Recipe & Annexure for submission to Drugs Administration.
∎ To determine raw & packaging materials specifications & quantifications, raise requisition of the same to commercial department for new products.
∎ To under take production of Lab batch, Pilot batch / Stability batch, Trial batch / Scale up batch of new products/reformulation products making liaison with Production, QA, Engineering, Marketing, Regulatory & Commercial department as & when required.
∎ To review formulation of existing products based on product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost saving need.
∎ To prepare product sample for submission to Drug testing Laboratory as per established protocol.
∎ To prepare and update all documents i.e. specifications, formulations, process sheet, validation protocol, analytical methods, product manuals, dossiers, procedures and instructions related to cGMP & ISO.
