Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the organization in research for new pharmaceutical product development, product enhancements and product redesign.
∎ Evaluate the potential and practicality of products in development and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
∎ Originate new products in concern with customer needs and business model.
∎ Select correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones.
∎ Oversee key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
∎ Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects such as preparation of records of expenditures and research findings, progress reports, and staff conferences, in order to inform management of current status of each project.
∎ Negotiate contracts with consulting firms or other relevant parties to perform research, product development or other applicable studies or support, if needed.
∎ Plan and formulate aspects of research and development proposals such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and human resource requirements.
∎ Perform a variety of routine sample preparation and analysis procedures to quantitatively measure pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds in a variety of formulations and/or biological matrices for stability and analytical testing.
∎ Train on routine operation, maintenance and theory of analytical instrumentation, SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
∎ Ensure the review and compilation of results and data comparison against SOP acceptance criteria, methodology, protocol and product specifications.
∎ Ensure maintenance of laboratory notebooks with adequate information and completion of all laboratory documentation in clear and accurate language and according to SOP by staff members.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the Management.
