Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have minimum BSc/MSc/B. Pharm/M. Pharm degree.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To communicate and inform companies' product & service information to selected segments of doctors;
∎ To organize and run CME events in different hospitals and institutions, when required;
∎ To assist in preparing a product business plan through analysis of customers & opportunities;
∎ To do research and analyze competitor products, peer performance, and the competitive industry landscape;
∎ To do competitive analysis and industry benchmarking;
∎ To define new product requirements and enhancements and drive their implementation;
∎ To monitor product key performance indicators, report on product health against goals, and make recommendations for improvements;
∎ To visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals to promote products in order to achieve assigned prescription objectives;
∎ To maintain accurate and complete product-related information while developing functional requirements based on needs;
∎ To research the market, gather quantitative product data, and analyze customer research to help area managers work more efficiently and effectively;
∎ To perform other related responsibilities assigned by the company/authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate having experience and motor-cycle with driving license will get preference.
∎ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20,000-22,000
