Job Context:
∎ The person is responsible to develop and manage process base integrated foreign supply chain network for all category suppliers thorough strategic sourcing, planning, cost effective pricing, skilled negotiation techniques, demand management, vendor development, Govt and regulatory compliance with continuous growth and expansion plan. S/he should maintain a good team work with all cross functional department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational/ Functional/ Business:
∎ Accountable to Prepare & achieve Annual Business Plan (ABP) for assigned procurement activities with actionable strategies.
∎ Develop and implement process to strengthen supply chain network through R&D, efficient sourcing and vendor development activities.
∎ Lead entire Raw, Packing Materials and Trading Materials Purchase Planning to ensure material availability on time with full quantity and quality considering optimum cost.
∎ Responsible to manage total import of RM/PM and Trading items.
∎ Managing C&F, Transport and Bank operations.
∎ Monitoring Market Intelligence, RFQ/Tender process, Price Assessment, Supplier selection, Order placement, LC sharing, On time shipment, Consignment release.
∎ Fixed the Budgetary Inventory Norms and Price both for Raw Materials and Trading Materials and also design the Sourcing Strategies/Rules to keep the inventory and purchase rate within budgeted norms throughout the year
∎ Optimizing Customer Service Level in order to increase Organic Growth of business by improving supply plan accuracy, weekly exceptions in demand and supply and robust operational plan.
∎ Projects to increase in the supply chain efficiency and reduce waste in order to improve bottom line of business.
∎ Engagement with key internal and external stakeholders and Supplier Relationship Management.
∎ Price and supply forecasting for raw and packaging materials and services (C&F, Transport, WH management)
∎ Development of Risk Mitigation strategies to ensure supply security and implementation.
∎ Liaise between Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain for on time delivery of New Product Initiatives.
∎ Develop short- and long-term End to End Supply Plans (Rough Cut Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Imports Planning, Depot & Distribution Planning and Inventory Planning.
∎ Responsible for managing end market working capital in alignment with global targets. Optimization of inventories without compromising service to market.
∎ Management:
∎ Implement, adhere and monitor the effectiveness of company's processes.

∎ Leading the team towards achieving of overall targets.
∎ Develop organizational loyalty through a sound job environment.
